THE FLAGSHIP RETREAT OF META SPIRITUALITY
The Process
The last spiritual retreat you’ll ever need.
Fourteen days online, in one group, beginning on the first of the month. A permanent change in who you take yourself to be, measured in a randomized trial of 1,204 people. Nothing to swallow, nothing to practise, nothing to keep doing when it ends.
MEASURED TRANSFORMATION
The range of high-dose psychedelic therapy.

WHAT THIS IS
The book was the birth. This is the embodiment.
Reading The Meta Self introduces you to it and brings it into existence. Fourteen days of full immersion is where it stops being something you have met and becomes the self you operate from, in your work, in your kitchen, in the middle of an argument, at three in the morning.
You are not learning a practice to perform for twenty minutes a day. You are learning to live as the Meta Self around the clock, which is a different order of change from anything that has to be repeated to keep working. When the fourteen days end, nothing switches off, because there was never a switch.

WHY IT IS UNLIKE ANYTHING YOU HAVE DONE
An altered state you do not come down from.
People reach for medicine, or for years of sitting, to touch a state where the separate self goes quiet. The medicine wears off by morning. The sitting holds while you sit. This is the same territory, arrived at by understanding, and it stays because it is not a state you are holding up.
Fourteen days. $2,500. Begins on the 1st.
A genuine altered state, with nothing taken
It does not wear off
No practice to protect
No screening, no tapering, no risk
Measured, not asserted
Sixty-eight per cent of participants reached a complete mystical experience, against twenty-one per cent of the control group, on the same criterion used in the Johns Hopkins psilocybin research.
A substance ends when the substance ends. Identity does not, and the gains held at follow-up rather than fading in the days afterwards.
Meditation gives you a state that leaves when the sitting stops. Nothing here has to be maintained, and there is no routine waiting on day fifteen.
No medical intake, no coming off your medication, no jungle, no flights, no days away from your family.
Validated scales, a randomly assigned control group and an analysis plan filed publicly before the data existed.
Not a state you visit.
A self you live from.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This is not a beginner’s course.
The Process was built for people who have already done the reading, sat the retreats, taken the medicine and worked with the therapists, and who noticed that every one of them left the same person in the chair afterwards. If you have been seriously looking for years, this is addressed to you.
It is also the busiest thing we run. Each retreat is capped so that questions get answered, and places go early in the month.
Places are limited to [N] each month.

HOW TO REGISTER
Three steps, and your place is held for the first.
01
Take the Meta Self Scale
Sixteen questions, three minutes, the same instrument used in the trial. You take it again on the last day.
TAKE THE SCALE
02
Pay and book your place
Payment holds your seat. When a retreat fills, the next payment books the one after it.
BOOK YOUR PLACE
03
Begin on the first
Every retreat starts on the first of the month, whatever day you paid. Book on the nineteenth and your place waits.
THE TRIAL
Fourteen days, measured against a control group
1,204 people were randomly assigned either to the retreat or to a waitlist, and the analysis plan was filed publicly on OSF before any data existed. Every outcome reached the effect size range reported for high-dose psychedelic therapy, and the identity measure moved further than any of them.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
These results came from no technique at all
Every other approach works through something you do. The Process uses none of them, and when it ends there is nothing left to keep up.
What remains is one shift in how you see yourself. The largest effects in the field, with the least machinery behind them.
The single best sentence anyone has written to you about the retreat. Keep it short enough to read in one breath.

THE EVIDENCE, SIDE BY SIDE
Everyone promises transformation. Few measure whether it happened
The question is not whether people felt something. It is whether the study tested it properly: how many people took part, whether the result was checked against a comparison group, and whether what was measured was your actual wellbeing.

WHY THIS MATTERS
The famous studies inspired millions. This one tested the claim
There is no need to doubt that a Dispenza retreat moves people, or that a Robbins event is electric in the room. The question is narrower: what does the published research let you conclude?
THE PATTERN
The pattern in famous programs
Small groups, often twenty to seventy-five people.
Wellbeing results usually marketed instead of peer-reviewed.
Brain scans, blood or self-reported percentages, rarely a validated scale against a control.
Effect sizes unreported, and studies rarely pre-registered.
THE PROCESS
THE PROCESS
1,204 people randomized in a single pre-registered trial.
A randomized control group, which separates the method from the hype.
An analysis plan filed publicly on OSF before any data was collected.
Effects of 1.0 to 1.5, delivered online without drugs.

WHAT IT COSTS
A week in the jungle costs more and ends sooner
Once flights, lodging and insurance are counted, a week of plant medicine abroad runs between three and six thousand dollars, and a large seminar runs higher still. Fourteen days here cost , from your own home, with no flights, no time off and nothing to recover from.
$179 a day, and the last day is not the end of it.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE
The questions people ask first
The territory is similar and the arrival is different. Sixty-eight per cent of participants reached a complete mystical experience on the same criterion used in the psilocybin research, with nothing taken and nothing to recover from. A substance ends when it ends, while a change in identity has nothing to wear off.
Meditation trains a state, and a trained state holds while you keep training it. Nothing here is trained. What changes is the vantage point you are looking from, and that is why there is no practice waiting for you afterwards.
Every retreat begins on the first of the month. You can book on any day and your place is held until then. Paying on the nineteenth and paying on the thirty-first put you in the same retreat.
Because a before is worth nothing once you have already started. It takes about three minutes and gives you your own baseline, so at the end of the fourteen days you are looking at your own change on the same instrument the trial used.
No. The Process is educational. It is not medical care or psychotherapy, it does not replace either, and it is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis or under the care of a clinician, talk to them before you change anything about your treatment.
Results vary from person to person, and a group result is never a promise to an individual. What can be said honestly is that these effects were measured in ordinary people, not in patients selected for severe distress, and severe distress leaves far more room to improve than everyday life does.
[State the daily commitment plainly here. More people decide on this answer than on any other.]

About effect size.
Cohen’s d is the standard measure of how strong a result is. Antidepressants land around 0.3, a full course of psychotherapy around 0.5 to 0.8, and 0.8 is already labelled large. The Process produced effects of 1.0 to 1.5 across measured outcomes.
A note on fair comparison.
These studies used different designs and different participants, so the numbers are not perfectly equivalent. The psychedelic trials compared against a placebo, while The Process compared against a waitlist. They are shown together to illustrate the level of evidence behind each approach rather than as a head-to-head race.
On who was studied.
The Process was tested in a general, non-clinical population, which means ordinary people and not patients in crisis. Clinical samples start from severe distress and have much more room to improve, so these effects were produced in a group with far less of that room available.
Method note.
1,204 participants were randomly assigned to the retreat or to a waitlist control, with the analysis plan filed publicly on OSF before data collection. Analyses are based on the 1,007 who completed both assessments. Effect sizes are Cohen’s d, and the controlled d is the ANCOVA between-group estimate adjusting for baseline. Results are preliminary pending final data lock.
Cost comparison.
Figures for other retreats are typical published prices for 2026, shown as ranges because every centre prices differently, and travel estimates assume a return flight from North America or Europe.
