My book opens with a sentence that took me twenty years to earn:

There is a version of you that has no problems.

Founder of meta spirituality

People assume I mean it as a metaphor. I don't.

I mean it literally. I tested it the way medicine gets tested, and this letter tells you what happened.

Here is the pattern you have been living. You fixed the money, and the relationship cracked. You fixed the relationship, and the anxiety arrived. You did the work. You read the books, sat the retreats, journaled, meditated, forgave your parents, optimized your mornings. Every breakthrough felt real, yet every breakthrough faded, and each time you drew the same conclusion: you need to work on yourself more.

That conclusion was wrong. You were working on the wrong self.

For thousands of years, every teaching tried to make a better version of the one who suffers. And the one who suffers took every tool, practice, and insight and kept suffering, because an improved false self is still a false self. Still afraid, lacking, and producing new problems as fast as you can solve the old ones.

The perception of self you were taught since birth is the root source of all problems. I call it "the chrysalis state," and most people live in it their entire lives. That state, that old problematic self, cannot be improved. It can only be ended.

Nature illustrates it perfectly. Inside every caterpillar sit dormant cells that carry the blueprint of what the butterfly truly is — present from birth, waiting. In the chrysalis, the caterpillar does not become a better caterpillar. It comes apart entirely, and those cells build a creature that never existed before out of a potential that always did. The caterpillar ceases to exist. The butterfly begins.

That is what Meta Spirituality does. It does not solve your problems by improving your old self. It dissolves the "I" that creates those problems in the first place. What gets born is the Meta Self: the new you that was always your potential. It lives in all of us from the beginning as a seed — dormant in everyone, actualized by few. It's not an improved version of who you were, and not a self you once had and lost. It's a new self, built from a potential that was always yours. It's the self that doesn't create the problems you are now trying to solve.

Solving is endless. Dissolving only needs to happen once.

Let me tell you the story of how it happened to me.

By 2016 I had spent almost a decade teaching awareness, spiritual practices, yoga and meditation. I had been on the cover of Yoga Journal Russia twice — in 2012 and 2015. Published several books in Russian. I had a big following and a career at its peak. And then in 2015 I ended it. I could no longer teach what I had realized doesn't radically change your life but feeds you the crumbs of improvement — enough to keep believing in your progress and postponing true change. So I stopped teaching and downshifted to a small island, where I lived an ordinary life for more than a year.

Then, on the 10th of March 2016, something extraordinary happened.

Nothing about that evening suggested a transformation was about to happen. I wasn't meditating. I wasn't using any substances. I was simply reflecting on one question:

What is love in its true, highest sense?

It was a deep inner request. And the moment I posed it inwardly, I was pulled into a radically altered state of consciousness.

Suddenly, I was no longer "Nina."

The disidentification with the body was so strong that I felt I might leave it completely. So I forced myself to move, to feel my body, to ground back into physical form. I remember struggling to walk to the kitchen, like a newborn learning how to use its legs. The body no longer felt like "me" — more like a suit I had stepped back into. Eating food, touching objects, and hearing my own voice — everything felt artificial, almost funny. Even making tea felt impossible. I could see letters on a package but couldn't remember what they meant. I was living in uninterrupted union with the Source of life itself, and ordinary human constructs — language, routine, habit — felt foreign.

That state lasted nearly a week. I could barely function in ordinary life. I barely ate, and barely slept.

I was everything at once, with out-of-this-world clarity about everything at once. Linear time didn't exist; it was compressed to a dot.  Knowledge arrived all at once, before any question could form: insights about energy, relationships, time, and the nature of reality. The realizations were overwhelming. Everything I had previously understood through spiritual teachings, practices, and books collapsed as inherited frameworks that no longer matched what was being directly seen.

Over the following days, once I slowly regained my ability to use a pen, I filled hundreds of pages with notes.

This experience marked the end of my seeking. For decades, I had been hungry for answers, unsatisfied with every explanation. In that moment, all searching stopped. It felt like a train that finally arrived at its destination after a lifetime of motion.

I was home.

Gradually, day by day, I returned into personality and ego — into "Nina." But something irreversible had shifted. My identity. I was new.

Quote 1.png

It took more than a year to integrate what had happened. I stayed in seclusion — away from teaching, work, and social life — allowing the realization to settle fully into my nervous system and daily existence. Like a newborn, I learned to see everything anew — through the eyes of my new expanded identity.

Later, when I began speaking about this experience, I noticed something unexpected. People listening didn't just understand — something awakened in them. Many described it as a feeling of coming home, of remembering something they had always known but forgotten.

This is why I later transferred those pages filled with revelations I received during that state into my landmark work, The Process — an online two-week immersion that shifts identity, changes perception, and recreates every aspect of your life anew: relationships, problem solving, energy, money, and more.

Among the thousands of revelations, there was one essential understanding: not everyone needs an intense, overwhelming experience like the one I had to realize their true identity. That was my path — not a requirement. In fact, such intense bodily sensations were only necessary for the mind to believe the experience was valid. For many, it will now arrive through resonance and remembrance rather than upheaval.

What revealed itself to me that night was not for me alone — it was for everyone, because it points beyond the individual. It is a return to what lives beneath all religions, cultures, and traditions — the Meta Self we all share, regardless of faith or background.

With that mission, I founded Meta Spirituality — a post-New Age, post-practice paradigm that teaches how to see through the perception of the Meta Self: a way of seeing that dissolves life problems, karmic narratives, and confusion, and reveals the deeper truth behind every challenge. It brings practical daily results because it addresses the cause, not the symptom.

Meta Spirituality exists to return us to what unites us, rather than what separates us. It is a shift in perception — from seeing life as a separate self to seeing as the Source itself.

The response to The Process over the years was overwhelming. For years I would receive dozens and dozens of daily testimonials and messages from people thanking me for returning them home, for changing their lives, for saving their marriages, for pulling them out of depressive states. So many messages for so long that at some point… I went numb to them.

My mind started asking the question any honest mind would ask. What if this is placebo? What if people simply have such faith in me as a teacher that being near my energy makes them feel better? What if it's the effect of the group? What if they're telling me what they think I want to hear, rather than what they truly feel?

In 2023 I reached a point where I desperately needed to know whether what I was doing was real — not just for me, but for every person who trusted me and this paradigm.

So I did something no founder of a spiritual teaching had done in the midst of a successful, highly profitable career.

I went back to study. My first degree was in psychology, so I returned to pursue my doctorate in it. I wanted to lean on the academic and scientific side — to measure the effects not by testimonials but by data, to see what actually happens and why, to see whether the results were real or just a positive emotional high the day after a training that fades within a week.

I finished my doctoral study. I defended my thesis. I received my PhD. As part of it, together with my mentor, a doctor of psychology, I completed the first trial. And once I had learned to run trials correctly, under supervision, I did something even more radical. I dove in even deeper.

I closed my business. I stopped all sales. For almost a year, I reoriented myself completely from business to research.

I ran the second trial. Then the third. Then the fourth — dedicating myself fully to the scientific work and testing every major program of mine. Then I developed my own psychometric scale, the MSS — the Meta Self Scale — to see the exact percentage shift in the particular identity configuration that the Meta Spirituality paradigm creates.

I took everything I built, every program, even my book, and handed it to the scientific method. Randomized controlled trials, the same design that decides whether a medicine is real. Preregistered protocols. Control groups. Validated clinical instruments. Nearly 5,000 participants in the trials. It was an intense journey, to put it mildly.

But it was worth every sleepless night spent writing, computing, analyzing. It had to be done.

I refuse to ask for your faith any more. Every teacher in history said: believe me. I said: measure me.

I did this knowing science flatters no one. If my work was another temporary high, the data would have said so, publicly, with my name on it.

The data came back. And made me the happiest any mentor can ever be.

2,004 people read my book, The Meta Self, in a single two-hour sitting, in the largest randomized trial ever conducted on a self-help book — and the very first one to test a self-help book in a randomized controlled trial after a single reading. They put it down 64% less burdened by their problems. One reading, one afternoon, 64% less overwhelmed by their life challenges, stress, and problems.

1,200 people took The Process, the two-week retreat at the heart of this work. The measured effects landed in the range reported in psychedelic-assisted therapy research. 2 out of 3 participants crossed the strictest scientific threshold for real identity change, and 67.2% reached a complete mystical experience on the same validated instrument the landmark psilocybin studies use. The laboratories reach about 60% with the substance. We passed them with a worldview.

1,002 people took the relationships training: satisfaction with the closest relationship tripled, and irritability, the emotion that corrodes closeness, collapsed sixfold.

And beneath every number sits the finding I am most proud of. Nothing faded with time. The gains held at the one-week and one-month follow-ups. Unlike most motivational trainings and altered-state retreats, most of the gains grew after the programs ended — because when the self that manufactures suffering dissolves, there is nothing left to relapse into.

This is not a religion. I ask for no worship. Meta Spirituality instills the opposite — authorship and agency. We measured that too.

Quote 1.png

We asked people directly: "Do you experience yourself as the author of your life?" Before The Process, 1 person in 11 agreed with the statement. After The Process, every other person agreed. In the control group that didn't receive the paradigm, nothing improved.

It is also not a practice you must maintain; practices are how the false self pretends to make progress. It does not focus on giving new tools, practices, affirmations, rituals, or meditation to the old identity — the way much of the self-help industry does. You do not "practice" Meta Spirituality. You see through its eyes 24/7. You read the book, perception shifts, and the shift does the work. The book does that in one reading. For a comprehensive, ultimate embodiment, the two-week flagship program The Process solidifies the state. It is not a substance, even though it delivers the same effect without traveling or risks — and unlike a substance that fades in a few hours, this stays and grows in you week after week.

It is not another lane on the self-improvement treadmill. It is stepping off the treadmill.

Humanity has more treadmills — teachings, meditation apps, more self-help — than in all its history, and the suffering keeps rising. When the cures multiply and the disease spreads, it means the disease was mislocated. It was never in our circumstances, our childhood, or our chemistry alone. It was not in our karma or past lives either. It was in the false identity we lived from and tried to cure.

The time has come to stop healing and start living as who we truly are. To take our power, our authorship, and our lives back. This paradigm is a birthright we are finally ready to claim.

And what began as one person's search is now 334 certified facilitators in over 40 countries, thousands of students, and nearly 5,000 trial participants whose results are permanent record.

Every person in this movement started where you are sitting right now, reading someone's big claim and wondering if this one is different. I built the whole thing so you would never have to wonder.

The version of you that has no problems is two hours from where you sit. Read it now and test it on yourself.
